Online refurbished laptop orders are usually dispatched on the same day if order payment clears before 11:30am (Mon-Fri), sent on a 24 hour service. All products are sterilised before dispatch and are delivered in retail or plain packaging. We strive to reuse packaging where we can to help lower our carbon footprint.

If you discover a fault with your laptop purchase covered by our warranty, we will arrange collection and cover the return postage cost. If you just don''t want what you purchased any more, we offer a 30 day no quibble return, with you covering the return postage cost.
