Shipping Information

We aim to make delivery of your order simple, fast, and reliable. All orders are shipped from the UK using trusted Royal Mail and Parcelforce services.


Delivery Locations

We currently ship within the UK only.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to locations that Royal Mail and Parcelforce do not normally service (for example, certain remote or offshore areas). If you are unsure whether your address is covered, please contact us before ordering.


Delivery Services & Costs

All standard shipping is free of charge.

We use the following services depending on the item ordered:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48

    • Used for all items except laptops

    • Aims to deliver within 2–3 working days

    • Includes full tracking

  • Parcelforce 24

    • Used for all laptop orders

    • Aims to deliver the next working day

    • Includes tracking and signature on delivery

Optional Delivery Upgrades

At checkout, Royal Mail Tracked 48 orders can be upgraded to:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24, or

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next working day)

Additional charges for upgrades are shown at checkout.


Dispatch Times

  • Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 3:00pm, Monday to Friday

  • Orders placed after 3:00pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day


Packaging

All items are packed securely to ensure they arrive safely.
Where possible, we use packaging made partly from recycled paper, without compromising protection.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email, allowing you to follow your delivery online.


Signatures & Delivery Instructions

  • Signatures are required for:

    • All laptop deliveries

    • All Royal Mail Special Delivery orders

  • Other services do not normally require a signature

You may leave delivery instructions or safe place details at checkout. We will pass these on to Royal Mail or Parcelforce where possible, however we cannot guarantee they will be followed.


Damaged, Lost, or Missing Deliveries

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please take clear photos of the damage as soon as the parcel is received

  • Contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly

Lost or Not Delivered

If your order has not arrived:

  • Please wait until the delivery guidance timeframe for your selected service has passed

  • Then get in touch and we will investigate the issue for you
