Brought a laptop in with a fan issue, they immediately diagnosed the issue after just feeling the fan. Had a new part ordered and was out the door in just a few minutes. Great service, friendly staff, even went above and beyond to solder on new wires when the replacement fan's ones were too short, along with providing clear communication for all potential options. Do recommend.

Absolutely five star service and support! I had spoken to both Joe and Jordan a couple of times before buying a refurbished lap top from them. I class myself as a complete tech-phobe person but having a reliable laptop is essential in my work as a writer. It was great to get such friendly , helpful advice both when buying the laptop; setting it up and the remote help service when I had a simple query. Hundred percent recommendation from me.
