Brought a laptop in with a fan issue, they immediately diagnosed the issue after just feeling the fan. Had a new part ordered and was out the door in just a few minutes. Great service, friendly staff, even went above and beyond to solder on new wires when the replacement fan's ones were too short, along with providing clear communication for all potential options. Do recommend.

Absolutely five star service and support! I had spoken to both Joe and Jordan a couple of times before buying a refurbished lap top from them. I class myself as a complete tech-phobe person but having a reliable laptop is essential in my work as a writer. This laptop comes with 12 Month Warranty for peace of mind.

Our 12-month warranty does not cover damage caused by the user, we cannot accept returns for water-damaged items etc. ALL returned laptops will be tested once received if it cannot be repaired we will either provide a laptop of the same value and spec or provide a refund unless we believe the damage is not within our warranty guidelines.
